App Name: Stop at Nothing – Reflex Builder
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Stop at Nothing – Reflex Builder (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service / End User License Agreement (“Agreement”).
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Scope of License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial use only, in accordance with this Agreement.
This license does not transfer any ownership rights in the App or its content.
3. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App — including but not limited to game code, artwork, graphics, music, sounds, trademarks, and logos — remain the exclusive property of [Your Company/Developer Name].
You receive only the right to use the App as described above. No other rights are granted or implied.
4. Prohibited Uses

Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease all use of the App.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee:
- That the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- That gameplay will improve reflexes, coordination, or health outcomes
Use of the App is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Your Company/Developer Name] shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.
This includes (but is not limited to) data loss, device malfunction, or health-related outcomes.

10. Leaderboard & Username Display
By using the App, you agree that your chosen username may be displayed publicly on in-app leaderboards, rankings, or similar competitive features. Usernames are displayed for gameplay and community engagement purposes only and do not reveal personal information unless you choose to include such information in your username.
